5,000 mile service was performed, no problem. Brakes squeal when vehicle is in reverse loudly, was not serviced as requested. Told me to wait until next service to see if it goes away by itself. Good luck with that!

Service to my car was good, basic oil change. The accompanying video going over the inspection however was not so great, as the mechanic was constantly too far from his phone while recording causing his voice to be garbled. I've had to download the video and isolate the audio from the video just to get everything and compare it to the inspection document.
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. This was reasonably priced. Then they said I needed an alignment, and a new filter. Both were quite expensive and unexpected. That’s my only beef.

I moved from the area but do the extra drive back here because they are mostly no nonsense and have keep my car running for the last 5 years. Sales dept. needs to know I will never sell my out of production yaris if given the choice unless they start importing actual compacts again instead of toddler crushers.
I had a great experience at Westside Toyota and Kenric “KR” Allgood played a great role in making my visit all good! My Highlander needed a brake fluid flush and codes cleared but when the mechanics noticed a problem with my new axle not being seated properly (by me), Kenric was able to take care of it easily and quickly at very, very low cost! I really liked Westside Toyota’s comprehensive diagnostic system that includes images of all things needing attention. Bravo, thanks!

I was able to get my car in to get 2 recalls taken care of, and have my windshield wipers replaced on the same day. I would recommend this dealer for anyone who needs service done on their Toyota.
Mostly good but I was not notified when the car was ready though I called multiple times and l had asked for all wiper blades replaced and the rear blade, which is torn at top and bottom was not replaced.

The service was great!
Everything was quicker than they told me and they even gave me a car wash which I wasn't expecting. Thank you to Adriana and the staff. The beverages in the waiting area were refreshing and the TV had some interesting national geographic program on. Good stuff!

Do not use this dealer. They sell bad cars with malfunctioning components then refuse to fix it. Chandler says they stand by their customers and cars then does nothing. Bob lacks any care for customers as a sales manager. He is a snake of a salesman and will say anything to sell a car.

Very pleased with the service department at Westside Toyota. The new brakes are working great. Also, I had needed some backup lights replaced and they had the bulb in stock. It's little things like this you get at the dealership that a 5-minute oil change place wouldn't have in stock. For example, the replacement bulb for the backup light on a Toyota Corolla.

Dealer was professional and explained the work but delayed. The routine maintenance was scheduled and my wait time was 2 hours for a tire rotation and inspection.
Car in for unexpected repairs. Dealing with insurance folks too. Would have appreciated more consistent updates and communication throughout the three weeks. Very frustrating. Car runs great .

The reason for losing 2 stars: The only reason I take my vehicle to Toyota dealers is for Carfax reporting. The only services they reported to Carfax were an alignment CHECK and safety inspection... I had an oil change done, alignment PERFORMED, tire rotation, and inspection that I won't get proper service history credit for on the report. They also reported my odometer as 0 miles which completely wrecked my report and now I can't enter my proper mileage...

Smart phone with cellphone number is required. Before my repair was complete I had to approve the work on my phone. Followed by reviewing any additional suggested repairs.Improved service. If you have bad cell service you might not realize you were texted this info. Overall the organization of the repair / maintenance desk has improved and the documentation meets expectations.
Service was fine. Carfax reporting was inaccurate. Unfortunately that is the only reason I take my vehicle to the dealership so my visit was basically wasted. I had an alignment performed, tires rotated, and oil changed. The only services reported were an alignment check and inspection

After purchasing my new car, I had an accident and ended up in the hospital. Westside Toyota did everything they possibly could with respect and consideration of my situation to make sure that I received my car conveniently. All their help add effort to make the transition as easiest possible was very much appreciated.

Got an oil change, new tires, alignment, filters, and front brakes changed. They sent me a video explaining what needed done and showing me the issue.
All recall and std svc was done properly and efficiently while I was on vacation.
