This was my first visit to the service department since I purchased my Camry. I was greeted by Aryn when I arrived and she kept me updated throughout the process. One thing I never experienced before was receiving a 35 second video on my phone from the technician while I was in the waiting room showing the multi point inspection process. I’m impressed with the service department and look forward to the next visit.

This was my first visit to this location. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and 5-point inspection. I received excellent service and was out the door in about an hours time. They even washed and waxed it. I was pleasantly surprised that they also noticed my battery connections were a bit corroded so they cleaned those up too. I was very pleased with their service and friendliness!
Aryn made the process much less painful given a $1,000 unexpected expense. She was spot on with cost and delivery!

I would like to give the complete experience with Sunnyside toyota and Aplus rating. I was able to get into a new corolla hybrid within 2 days. Ron Swetland went above and beyond to find my vehicle. Charlie ( don'l know his last name) worked very hard to get me a reasonable monthly payment. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I met with Selena, as I went in for service. My service appointment was actually the next day, but Selena went over and beyond allowing my vehicle an appointment a day earlier. Employees like Selena are few and far between, as she could have easily denied my error on the appointment date. I really appreciated the type of customer service she displayed.

Aryn, was professional, I would give her 5 stars, she kept me informed about everything that was happening with my car and the service department did every good work. I was really surprised to learn that a Toyota hybrid doesn't come with a donut. The reason I was at the service department was because a repair on the original tire didn't hold. I needed a new tire. Very prompt service. I had some warranty work done. Appointment scheduling and reminders were great. Also, when I arrived to the service department, was met promptly and quickly got my vehicle in. Aaron was great and checked on my vehicle to let me know what the status was. There was also the video of the multpoint check up sent . I have two vehicles with Westside and I am very happy with the service department.
