Very prompt service. I had some warranty work done. Appointment scheduling and reminders were great. Also, when I arrived to the service department, was met promptly and quickly got my vehicle in. Aaron was great and checked on my vehicle to let me know what the status was. There was also the video of the multpoint check up sent . I have two vehicles with Westside and I am very happy with the service department.

Not only did the mechanics service my Venza in a timely manner, they actually saved me money on the alignment and on the service coupon redeemed through my Westside Toyota email. I was able to use a coupon, so the price was quite reasonable for a dealership. The found a small nail in my front tire and was able to patch it.
The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The only issue was after the service was completed my vehicle reeked of the smell of gear oil. It was so intense my eyes watered and I could almost taste it. I had clean the upholstery and wipe everything down and change the cabin air filter after the oil change. I wouldn't say this was the advisor's fault. She was quite professional.

Just bought a Camary GLC and had very good experience from Westside Toyota. In particular my sales person, Courtney Becka, did an excellent job, obviously for the dealeship, but I felt also for me. The end result was a purchase, at a price, which I felt was fair for both parties,me and Westside. In addition Courtney matched my phone and, more importantly, explaining the various systems of my new Camary GLC. I quickly found out that Toyota does things quite differently from my trade in, a Honda Accord.

Adrianna was incredibly friendly and helpful when scheduling my service. Although Toyota’s service can be a bit pricey, the available coupons make a big difference, and I’ve always had a great experience. I also want to give a shoutout to my shuttle driver, John, he was genuinely kind, down-to-earth, and made the ride enjoyable. Overall, excellent customer service from start to finish!

The technicians and service advisors here are the best. Throughout the repair process, Samantha sent detailed updates weekly and full photo reports at every stage of the engine rebuild. Their service team handled the entirety of my claim with the warranty company and answered every question I had regarding coverages and my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend Westside Toyota to anyone for any service needs.

Great scheduling, very timely as I waited fir my car, very thourough work and explanation.
5,000 mile service was performed, no problem. Brakes squeal when vehicle is in reverse loudly, was not serviced as requested. Told me to wait until next service to see if it goes away by itself. Good luck with that!

Service to my car was good, basic oil change. The accompanying video going over the inspection however was not so great, as the mechanic was constantly too far from his phone while recording causing his voice to be garbled. I've had to download the video and isolate the audio from the video just to get everything and compare it to the inspection document.
Went in for oil change and tire rotation. This was reasonably priced. Then they said I needed an alignment, and a new filter. Both were quite expensive and unexpected. That’s my only beef.
