Do not use this dealer. They sell bad cars with malfunctioning components then refuse to fix it. Chandler says they stand by their customers and cars then does nothing. Bob lacks any care for customers as a sales manager. He is a snake of a salesman and will say anything to sell a car.

Service was fine. Carfax reporting was inaccurate. Unfortunately that is the only reason I take my vehicle to the dealership so my visit was basically wasted. I had an alignment performed, tires rotated, and oil changed. The only services reported were an alignment check and inspection

After purchasing my new car, I had an accident and ended up in the hospital. Westside Toyota did everything they possibly could with respect and consideration of my situation to make sure that I received my car conveniently. All their help add effort to make the transition as easiest possible was very much appreciated.

I just bought a car from Sarah Buchanan, and she was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Dave Svoboda was also helpful with explaining some things. I hope when I return for regular service, they are as helpful and easy to work with. I pretty much do not like surveys, as everyone is constantly doing them and they are becoming time consuming and annoying.

This is a horrible dealership to deal with when it comes to service. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and when my lease is up in three months, I plan on purchasing a truck somewhere else. Steve, the service manager was horrible to deal with he is very arrogant And not very very friendly to customers. When you talk to him on the phone, he can’t keep his story straight. It keeps changing, depending on the day and time. They had my truck for over a month and they forgot to do the oil change that I asked them to do. It also took them two weeks to figure out what was wrong with my truck which was ridiculous. They’re all about making money and not working for the loyalty of the customer. Think twice about buying or leasing a vehicle from Westside Toyota cause the service there is tremendously horrible.

Very professional and service was good. They explain up front how long the service will take. I love how they wash my car after each time.

Solved my problem. Advisor was very helpful. I’m not a fan of the 3% charge for credit card use.

I went to get a oil change and transmission drain and fill. Not a flush. They stripped the threads on the transmission drain pan and told me it needed to be replaced and it would be about $1100. I said you broke it you can fix it. They said no. So I called Toyota directly, opened a claim and they sent me an email that the dealership would be contacting me. What a surprise. They called me and said that they just re tapped the drain pan and replaced the drain plug and the truck is ready to be picked up. They knocked $50 dollar service charge. IMHO they tried to scam me out of $1100. Bill H

Arrived at Westside Toyota to check out possible tire leak. Was met by Adrianna who was very thorough in assessing problem and took the time to correctly report my concerns. KJ Allgood followed up and tire repair was completed including some additional maintenance. Was very satisfied by the service, efficiency and friendliness of service reps.

I liked how efficient and quick it was to get my car serviced. The staff was very friendly.

Sarah is excellent. Weeks after I bought my car she took the time to solve my mini crisis. Everyone on the team did an excellent job.
