The service department at Westside Toyota is great and I do not say that often. From the moment you pull into clean temperature controlled service reception you are greeted by someone immediately and always pleasant. Then your service advisor, mine was Annabelle on this visit, who greets you at your vehicle, tablet in hand with all of your specifics about the reason you are there that day and always willing to answer any questions. Annabelle even reconfigured my dash the way I wanted it and did so very politely, professionally not to mention efficiently. Upon which I was given a very accurate description of my service today and set a proper and accurate expectation of how long it would take. I would highly recommend this service department. Even the waiting area has very comfortable seating in three different zones including an office like cubicle area and a separate children’s play room and coffee bar. Thank you Annabelle for all your assistance.
