Westside Toyota was quick and efficient with my recent service appointment. It was easy to make an appointment, and they were on time. Also was happy that they went above and beyond the service I had scheduled and made sure my car was cleaned and ready for the road. Very pleased that they didn't try to tack on any other services to pay for, they really do seem to care about what they do.

My experience for service was very good. I was taken care of on time and service was completed in a timely matter. My service associate was Kenric and he was exceptional. Explained everything, was very professional and friendly. My only complaint was the cost of oil change and tire rotation.

I was concerned there might be an issue with my engine. Toyota did a great job inspecting the engine quickly and thoroughly. I was very satisfied with their responsiveness
