Usually excellent; this one far from it…starting with scheduling, I couldn’t get in for an oil change for over three weeks. This, after trying to get someone to answer my call. I’m usually greeted with someone who knows more than I do about my service, but this time I was greeted by someone who said, “What are you here for?” The service went well, but I was not given the usual work order print out I usually receive. I was given a completed checklist. My vehicle was not washed, as is the usual custom, and no one said why.

Everyone was great! Extremely helpful. Steve C and Adrianna were great as well. I’ll be back for my next service soon!

This is a wonderful dealership with excellent employees. The facility is lovely, spacious, and extremely clean. The lounge is so very comfortable offering private work stations, TV, free water and coffee, etc. Alyssa went out of her way to get me the service I needed.. She is truely an EXCEPTIONAL staff member.

I took my 2022 Highlander in for an oil change, tires rotated, multipoint inspection along with the bumper being fixed as the result of a recall. I was greeted promptly and pleasantly. My rep was Alyssa who is outstanding. She went beyond her job by removing a smudge I had on the drivers door by using a product to remove. She never hesitated, just went over and grabbed the product and towel. That attitude seems to be gone in todays world. Outstanding work and attitude!

I am new to the dealership but my salesman, Ramon, went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted in a fairly short time when people were waiting a long time for cars to come in. I was in for my first service appointment yesterday and was back out within an hour with everything checked on the car. Everyone I talk to is very helpful and I am very satisfied with the dealership.

I dropped off my car for service and was waited on promptly. The check-in process was fast and efficient. I was particularly impressed with the technology (tablet) utilized to document and confirm the details of my appointment. My car was ready for pickup within the timeframe promised and the check-out process went smoothly. I appreciated the fact that the service representative (Brooke) reviewed with me the maintenance work performed as well as the results of the multi-point inspection. Suffice to say that I was very satisfied with the overall experience. Well done!
