I believe they take advantage of the client when the client is in a vulnerable state. There are 5 bolts (called studs) attached to the wheel and the 5 lug nuts attach to these studs to hold your wheel in place. I needed these replaced. The 5 studs and lug nuts (parts) should cost the dealer under $30. I know they have to pay the mechanic proper wages, which are significant and warranted, but the entire procedure of replacing these parts should take less than an hour. What do you think a fair price would be for this? An hour of wages, plus $30 in parts... Well, I was charged $469.28. This included almost $40 for shop supplies. What shop supplies? They didn't know, but I was told they are legally required to charge me up to $40 for shop supplies. True? They didn't have the bolts and nuts on hand, so they had to hold my car overnight, which required me to rent a vehicle. I rented a corolla from them for one day, which cost me almost $50. They wouldn't comp this. I was also told that I'd probably need to replace my rim for an additional $600+. I didn't and it was fine, but thanks for the suggestion. Then they asked me to rate their business.

Always greeted in most welcoming manner. Always asked if there are any concerns and went over what would be looked at as part of the check up. I waited for my vehicle but the timeframe was very reasonable and the waiting area is comfortable and clean. The team is very customer centered and it is always such a bonus to have a freshly washed vehicle when you leave .

Everything was fantastic. Especially thanks to Adrianna Anderson for her kindness, knowledge, and guidance in our adventure of having both our cars, a Prius 2010 and a RAV4 2020 not starting after our short trip to Florida. She also helped us coordinate with another amazing person Diane Hogrefe our rentals during the repair. Expensive repairs, but needed to keep us moving to help our kids and their Grandkids, located in different places in the Cleveland area. Thanks to your technicians at Westside Toyota for fixing our cars in a timely manner.

It’s a good overall dealership. I think they could do a better job of explaining Bessarabia services needed in the service department, basically how it was determined the service was needed.

Staff was extra friendly and professional! Service time and quality of service were excellent! Plan it return with my two other Toyota vehicles I own!

Part was ordered on a Monday and was installed that Wednesday. Steve was very helpful and courteous.

I was quite concerned when our display screen was completely blank and brought it to the dealership for a diagnostic and repair. I was extremely relieved when all that was needed was a software upgrade! Steve was very easy to deal with and kind enough to give me his direct number should we have any additional questions or issues. I also appreciated that the dealership did not “do more” than what was needed! For that we are very grateful!!

Although the service rep was polite, he was either uninformed and winging it or just untruthful. What is also unfortunate is that when confronted with this in a Toyota evaluation, he reached out in an email with numerous excuses and his disappointment with the evaluation stating he didn't deserve it. A 2nd email was from him was rude, shall I say it was him being a rude 'smart ass'. I reached out to his manager. I'm waiting for a return call.

As always, Toyota Dealership in North Olmsted is great. People are friendly and professional. Aaron was fantastic and provided feedback. As my Service Advisor i would highly recommend him to my friends and family. 5 Star service for sure!
